Working in Select Comfort Customer Service, I get a lot of customer calls and e-mails. There are always some Sleep Number reviews that manage to stick in my head so I wanted to share some with you.
This one is from Bernie in Willamina, OR: “My wife and I purchased a queen size Sleep Number Mattress about 9 years ago. Four years ago she contracted cancer and I cared for her 24/7 the last two months of her life. She absolutely loved our Select Comfort bed and although she died in its and my embrace, not once did she experience a bed sore or discomfort of any kind. I remarried a year later and moved to California where my new wife had a king size Tempeurpedic. For the past 3 years we have been sleeping in her bed. Lots of room, but oh, so uncomfortable. During the past few months I have had real problems with arthritis in my hips and had to begin a regimen of pain meds. Then recently I told my wife I wanted to try the Select Comfort to see if this would make any difference in my pain level. WOW! The very first morning after the transfer back to my Select Comfort I felt no pain whatsoever! And although we do miss the king size feature, tomorrow we are moving our Select Comfort back into the master bedroom where it belongs. Thanks so much for a product that offers rest, comfort- -and healing! You’re the greatest!!!”
That just goes to show you that our beds really do help people, and work great for all different couple.
I also received this one from Susan in Granite Springs, NY: “After 10 years of sleeping on a Select Comfort, I still wake up in the morning and tell my husband, “I LOVE my bed”. This is the honest truth. I said it yesterday, today, and I’m sure again tomorrow. No kidding. We have purchased 3 subsequent to our first……one for each of our two daughters and one for our guest room. Now my oldest is getting married and we said that we want to buy them a king sized bed for their wedding gift. A couple of my friends also purchased on my referral. When my second daughter graduated from college she requested the Select Comfort as her graduation gift! It has moved with her from Connecticut to Brooklyn, NY and is now in New Orleans. Easy to set up, easy to move. But nothing can adequately describe the heavenly comfort. You’ll never be sorry you took the leap from a coil mattress to sleeping on air!”
