Jim Freund began working with Select Comfort in 2003 when he started working with the customer service phone team. After two years, he transitioned to also help customers as a member of the customer service email team. Jim truly likes helping people and strongly believes in Select Comfort and the quality of the Sleep Number products. He sleeps well on his Sleep Number 4000 model bed.
Jim is a huge baseball fan, plays bass in a rock-n-roll band, and collects vinyl records with around 1,300 collected to date.
