Lisa Fleek joined Select Comfort in September of 2007. As senior buyer for the bedding collection group, Fleek brings more than six years of experience in buying pillows, mattress pads and other basic bedding needs. Her role is to develop innovative products to further personalize the sleep experience with the SLEEP NUMBER® beds. Fleek provides strategic direction and oversees the day-to-day operations for Select Comfort’s core line of bedding collection items sold through its company-owned channels including retail stores, direct and e-commerce.
Prior to Select Comfort, Fleek spent more than 15 years as a buyer for Target and Marshall Field’s.
Fleek resides in Minnesota with her husband and three children. Some nights, they all pile into mom and dad’s bed. Luckily, they are slowly transitioning into their own Sleep Number beds. Her Sleep Number is 30.
