Matt Kershner joined Select Comfort in July 2005 where he has focused on marketing and product development and is now a Director of Product Management with responsibility for managing several of Select Comfort’s core mattress and foundation products. In his role he works closely with Select Comfort’s consumers, sales and marketing groups to develop, brand and position new products as well as manage the overall performance of in-market products.
Prior to joining Select Comfort, Kershner was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting where he lead business transformation projects for clients in the mid-market. Previously he was a Consultant at Accenture. While serving clients throughout the US as a management consultant he had the opportunity to serve clients in a wide range of industries from Forest Products to Telecom’s and startups to Fortune 50 firms. Kershner has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.
While away from the office or his Sleep Number Bed (usually set at 45), Matt enjoys running, downhill skiing and watching Oregon Duck football.
