If we are stressed during the holidays, we must be more stressed the rest of the time. Holidays are the time to catch up with sleep. I don’t believe many people would wake up earlier then usual to go gift shopping.

Yes, we have problems sleeping.
He’s always hot and I’m always cold.
I have to have a ton of blankets to stay warm at night.

My husband snores like crazy! It’s so loud that it wakes up my kids in the next room. I solve this problem with ear plugs… my blood pressure goes down as soon as I put them in, and we both get a good night’s sleep.

My DH snores out of control! I usually throw pillows at him which isnt the best way to solve the problem but he at least quits for a little bit!!
