#SleepNumber October Sleep Better Chat: How to Balance the Equilateral Health Triangle

Like many health care professionals, we like to think about our health as an equilateral triangle: One part diet, one part exercise and, of course, one part sleep. During next Tuesday’s #SleepNumber Sleep Better Chat, we’ll talk about all three and their impact on living a healthier lifestyle. Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 11 from 7-8 p.m. CST on Facebook or Twitter to discuss specific tips that can help you balance those three elements (diet, exercise, sleep) to live a healthier lifestyle.

Co-hosting the chat will be @sleepgeekpete @sleepnumbersara and Alyson Boyd (@nourishedfit)—an integrated holistic health coach and nutrition and fitness blogger in Austin, Texas. Check out Alyson’s Nourished Fitness blog for a number of wholesome recipes that will help you eat better. Alyson is also a huge yoga fanatic and fitness geek so she’s sure to have some great tips on the exercise and diet side of the triangle.

    I having very very hard time kepting my mattress still on box and pad that they want me to use. I sit on side my bed for just one minute it will move. I’m dam sick of it.
