I’ve been ready to plunk down the money on the top of the line one of these i10 beds for about a year now – once i heard new one was coming I put it on hold – but there was some great deals near the end of the year. – I plan on getting the FlexFit+ but refuse to get screwed out of $3000 on it considering the same unit was heavily discounted before the new bed came out. – Its marketing BS these people are pulling to get what they want to get… all these sales are complete load of crap at the end of the day… They overprice the combo by about $4000 (and thats being GENEROUS to them) in the first place and then they discount it $800 which is a kick in the nuts… – If the Marketing folks focused on getting out ACTUAL deals with sale prices that matter – then we’d buy…
Additionally i don’t know if i’ve ever been treated with such a sense of fake attitudes from people as much as I have when trying to deal with the folks @ the Potomac Mills store in Virginia – they were condescending, and the manager has never once returned ANY of my calls (4-5 times at least) she’s about as fake as they come and i’ve had to get into stupid ass arguments with her over nitpicky shit when trying to hammer out specifics about buying a bed. – It caused me to walk from the deal a few months ago and i’m only now coming back around to the idea because of the new bed looking nice.
Anyone looking to buy this bed i would reccommend that you wait it out a bit so the company is incentivized to discount the FlexFit+ – i just checked my paperwork and just 3 months ago I had the sales guy @ the store disconting me $1200 on the FlexFix+ Frame – now these people aren’t even trying to budget a single dollar on a $3000 device which we all know STILL has profit in it at $1800 price after discount….
Oh and by the way… its the SAME EXACT FRAME people – they didn’t change it 1 bit – they just jacked the price up and want to F you in a secondary way besides the bed price being back up to normal price which was already $800 (if not more) overpriced anyhow.

I just purchased an i10 Cal King. Waiting for it to be delivered. Saw the posts about the Manager at the Potomac Mills mall store and wanted to post my experience. Shanna was more than helpful and took so much of her time with us to find the right bed for us. We even had our 11 year old with us and she was great with him too. I agree it was a bit over priced and I’m still in sticker shock from the price we paid for the bed and flexfit +, but you do have 30 days to try it out and if you don’t like it or want something different you can exchange or get refunded. We are staring out with a CA King all one mattress, but if we find we need individualized flex fit control or we find too much movement we may get the split cal king.. nice to have options though and return policy, unlike any other mattress we have found, plus the ability to change it’s firmness may some what make us ok with the very high cost. Looking forwad to getting the best night’s sleep ever.. I hope.
what makes up the i10,what are the materials that make this the best air bed.Would like pictures that show how bed is put together just like if I was going to put together in my bed room,thanks
