He flipped it around and I was sleeping on the bottom of the bed! It says it has a lifetime warranty but Tempurpedic says I have to have the original receipt and it was on thermal paper! So it didn't store well in my attic so 5k for a bed and I need a new one two years later? So disappointed all around with the bed, the company, and the customer service.
