You like your mattress soft. He likes his bed firm. He snores. You kick him out of bed from time to time. He sleeps hot. You like to sleep with a few blankets on the bed. He likes to watch TV before calling it a night. You like to read.
These are just a handful of the many issues and challenges couples face when it comes to getting a good night’s sleep. We hear about them all the time at Sleep Number. So, we thought we’d share our very best sleep tips and advice for couples during our next Sleep Better Chat on one of the biggest days of the year for couples: Feb. 14–Valentine’s Day.
During this chat, which we’ll host on Twitter and Facebook from 2-3 p.m. CT, we’ll be asking YOU about your sleep issues with your partner/spouse—How well do you sleep together? How are you and your sleep partner different? What prevents you from getting good sleep together? After listening to your concerns and issues, @SleepGeekPete and @SleepNumberSara (our chat hosts) will be sharing some of the many tips they’ve collected in chatting with other couples over the years.
We also welcome two co-hosts to the chat: Chelsea and Nate—a couple that blogs together at the popular Someday I’ll Learn blog (you can also find them at @somedayilllearn on Twitter and facebook.com/somedayilllearn). Chelsea and Nate will share their own tips as well as what’s worked (and what hasn’t) when it comes to getting better sleep in their relationship.
As with all our Sleep Better Chats, we’re giving away Sleep Number merchandise! For the Feb. 14 chat, we’re giving away one Queen Sleep Number® p5 bed set with standard UPS shipping (ARV: $2,179.97)—one of our most popular Sleep Number beds— to one lucky chat participant!

A new bed would be a dream . Sharing a bed with the hubby, son, and two dogs makes it hard enough to sleep! #sleepnumber
I am SO excited at the chance of winning a sleep number bed at the twitter party! My doctor has recommended that I get a new bed (either Tempurpedic or Sleep Number) because of my disability, but it has not been in our budget and doesn’t look like it will be any time in the near future. THIS would be a dream come true!
What is the difference between a king size and a split king size.
i wonder why you pulled your ads from Rush? You really showed how unwilling you are to support our freedoms.
